WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?

Our current production time is 6-8 weeks, plus shipping – please allow 2-14 days for shipping.

WHAT TYPE OF WOOD DO YOU USE?

All of our signs are made from Baltic Birch, and high quality, FSC® certified MDF, unless custom order with specific wood species requested.

MY CHILD PUTS EVERYTHING IN THEIR MOUTH, ARE THE NAME PUZZLES NON-TOXIC?

We do not recommend our puzzles be used as teethers, or put in your child’s mouth, but as parents ourselves we understand that this is sometimes not possible, therefore we use a non-toxic sealer on all of our name puzzles.

HOW DO I HANG MY SIGN?

Each of our signs comes with a sawtooth hook mounted to the back of the sign, except for our large cut-outs. We recommend hanging out large cut-outs using 3M Command Strips or double-sided tape.

Please note: We are NOT responsible for any damage caused by hanging or removing signs from your walls.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

Due to the nature of our custom, handmade business, most items are made to order and we do not accept returns. If you have any issues or concerns with your order, please contact us at the earliest of your convenience to discuss via email at: info@urbanplaygrounddesigns.com

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

We currently ship within Canada and to the US. We do not ship internationally due to the high shipping costs, along with customs and duty fees, which we have no control over…sorry for any inconvenience.

WILL I RECEIVE A DESIGN PROOF?

If you do not use out customizer, then you will receive a design proof for approval, with the exception of our name puzzles, as the same font is used, as well as logo’s and handwritten replica signs, as exact image files are used to recreate these pieces.

CAN YOU HELP ME CHOOSE COLOURS?

Definitely, if you send me a picture of your room, I will be more than happy to help and give my opinion on stain and colour choices. If you are looking for inspiration, please visit out Instagram page.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, once your order is placed, and your design is approved, we cannot make any changes.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER IS SHIPPED OR READY FOR PICK-UP?

You will receive an email advising your order is ready, including the tracking number, or pick-up address.

DO YOU COLLABORATE WITH INFLUENCERS OR BUSINESSES?

We love working with influencers and other businesses, but sometimes cannot accommodate all requests, as we have a limited amount of collaborations that we are able to take on. We would love to hear from you, please contact us via email: info@urbanplaygrounddesigns.com
