SHIPPING

Please allow up to 8 weeks (40 business days) for processing time. Your order will ship Priority Mail, unless otherwise stated. Please allow 2-14 business days after your order has been shipped for it to arrive. We will send tracking information via email.

MISSING PACKAGES

In the rare case your package is noted as delivered, but you did not receive it, please contact Courier directly. If you still have issues, please let us know and we will do our best to help remedy the situation, on your behalf. Unfortunately, if your package is lost, stolen, or misplaced, we are unable to offer you a refund.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

Urban Playground Designs takes great care in ensuring your order arrives to you safely! In the rare case your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. We will need photos documenting the outside packaging, inside packaging, and damage to the order. All our packages are shipped insured and we will do our absolute best to correct the situation on a case by case basis.
